Retrieval policy

At Road Safety School, we are committed to providing high quality and more effective digital courses, and we encourage trainees to review the course content thoroughly before purchasing. Since the courses are digital and access is immediate after payment, a refund request cannot be activated after access has been granted or the content has been used.

1. The digital nature of the courses:

Due to the nature of digital content, the course cannot be refunded once it has been opened or any part of it has been viewed, as this means the product has already been consumed and cannot be refunded.

2. Loopback before starting to use the course:

  • If the course is not opened or any content is viewed after payment, and the student no longer wishes to pursue the course, a full refund request can be submitted within 48 hours of payment.

  • Refunds are made via the same payment method used.

3. Conditions that prevent retrieval:

A student is not entitled to a refund if any of the following conditions are met:

  • More than 48 hours since the payment was made.

  • Start watching more than 5% of the course content (e.g. playing the first lesson or uploading a material).

  • The student must obtain a certificate of completion or pass a final exam.

  • The course was part of special offers or discounts, and I got a discounted price.

4. The mechanism for submitting a refund request:

  • Student's name

  • Order number or payment receipt

  • Reason for return request

5. Processing procedures:

  • The student will receive a response within 3 working days to confirm the request.

  • If approved, the amount will be refunded via the same payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on the payment processor.

  • Remittance or bank processing fees (if applicable) may be deducted.

6. Administrative exception:

The school administration reserves the right to evaluate any exceptional requests submitted after the above conditions, and make the appropriate decision to ensure equal rights between the two parties.

Conclusion

  • Everyone is required to review the course content before purchasing.

  • Allow a 48-hour return only if the student has not started using the content.

  • After the content has been opened, the limit has been exceeded, or the student has received their certificate, no retrieval is allowed.

  • Notification and application follow-up is done via official email.
